Fault Line is not a book I would recommend to anyone

This book was terrible and although it is a quick read, I only read about half before I finally decided that I should not put myself through the torture just for the sake of finishing. The characters are BLAND and the POV of the narrator is not somewhere I want to be. Ben's focus on Ani is all about her legs and how she licks her lips all the time. The amount of times her tongue darted out of her mouth, I had to ask myself "is she a lizard?" Their relationship is extremely rushed and based on nothing of significance. In fact, based on the way it is narrated, I wouldn't think Ben liked her at all - he humors her about doing activities she likes, isn't very interested in much that she has to say, and basically just wants to get in her pants. It's pretty sad. Also the plot "twist" isn't very twisty - I basically got the gist of what happened without even finishing the book! Spare yourself.
